At Clark's Tool & Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
